At Mind Shift Thoughts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for our physical store products and Pro app subscriptions. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Physical Store Products (Print-on-Demand)
Our store sells physical products (apparel and merchandise) fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand provider. Because each item is custom-printed when you order, we are only able to offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product, wrong size, wrong design)
- The item was lost in transit and never delivered
Not Eligible for Refund
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selected at checkout (please refer to the size guide before ordering)
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Request a Refund for a Physical Item
- Contact us at mindshiftthoughts@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or error
- We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
- If approved, we will issue either a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method at our discretion
We do not require you to return defective or incorrect items unless specifically requested.
3. Pro App Subscription Refunds
We offer the following refund terms for Pro account subscriptions to the Mind Shift Thoughts frequency generator app:
Full Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date, provided you have not made significant use of the Pro features during that period.
Pro-Rated Refund (After 7 Days)
After the 7-day window, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused months remaining in your subscription period. The refund amount is calculated as:
(Unused full months remaining ÷ Total months in subscription) × Amount paid
For example, if you purchased a 12-month subscription for $120 and request a refund after 3 months, you would receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining 9 months ($90).
Refund Exclusions - Pro Subscription
- Partial months are not refunded (only full unused months)
- Refunds are not available for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
- Free trial periods (if offered) are not eligible for refund
How to Request a Subscription Refund
- Email mindshiftthoughts@gmail.com with the subject line: "Pro Subscription Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request
- We will respond within 3–5 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
4. Digital Content
Blog posts, free app features, and any other free content on mindshiftthoughts.com are provided at no charge and are not eligible for refunds.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider - processing times vary
- If you still have not received it, contact us at mindshiftthoughts@gmail.com and we will investigate
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
