All physical products sold on mindshiftthoughts.com are custom print-on-demand items fulfilled by Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you when you order, please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect before purchasing.

2. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or internationally at this time.
If you enter a non-US address at checkout, your order will not be processed.
3. Processing Time
All orders go through a production phase before they ship. Since every item is printed to order, please allow:
- 2–5 business days for production and quality check by Printful
Production time does not include shipping time. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left the fulfillment center.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are in addition to the production window above.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–12 business days under normal conditions.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
5. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50 (before taxes). Orders under $50 will be charged the standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order total meets the threshold.
6. Shipping Costs
For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before you confirm your purchase.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at mindshiftthoughts@gmail.com.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- If still unresolved, email us at mindshiftthoughts@gmail.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please email us at mindshiftthoughts@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or error
We will work with Printful to issue a replacement or refund as outlined in our [Refund Policy]. We are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier after delivery.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at mindshiftthoughts@gmail.com, once an order enters production, address changes may not be possible.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
